63,000 Grandpa Miles for $2,900.
.jpg)
1999 Plymouth Voyager SE. 63,000 miles, $2,900.
V6, Automatic, 7 Passenger, Two Airbags, ABS, Two Sliding Doors,
Front and Rear A/C, Roof Rack.
Driven by Senior Citizen on Long Island for 10 years. (No dirt roads).
Great car, clean, runs great. Well maintained with records.
Jonitha and Paul needed a cheap van to take kids camping.
When they went to inspect the car, they got underneath with a flashlight,
and couldn’t believe how clean it was.
Jonitha called Dr. Ron and said:
"Hi Ron, We went to look at the car; it’s sweet.
It’s definitely our car. It’s just great. It is so clean,
I can’t believe it’s 11 years old.
I have never seen anything like it before.
Of course it has not lived on dirt roads, and that’s what I’m used to.
We are the proud owners of a sweet new car. It’s comfortable, quiet, big, roomy and luxurious.
Thank you so much for your help."

Dr. Ron says that all those airbags and the warranty are probably worth $3,000 on their own, so that means we got the rest of the car for $1,500!!!????
Steve says: "Best $500 I ever spent. We got the best used car in the Northeast!"

Heated leather seats, 6 Airbags, $4,500

2001 Saab 9-5 2.3T, 75,000, $4,500
Sweetheart of a car. Pristine leather interior.
Turbo provides amazing get-up-and-go.
35 mpg highway, ~28 total.
Beautiful ride, velcro on the road; good in snow.
2 no-smoking owners. Low miles. Upgraded sound system, new front tires.
Very large trunk for its class.
Hi Ron. Its Anna. Just got home with the car.
The car is really sweet. I love it. It’s really great on the road.
It’s roomy and comfortable and full of luxury options, and it only cost $4500!!
The guy who sold it to us was really nice and straightforward.
He gave us all the service records and keys.
It couldn’t have been a better experience.
Thank you so much Ron.
A note to our visitors from Danielle the Webmaster and Dr. Ron:
This Saab is the only car to appear in two separate positions on this page.
It is grouped with the Volvos and Audis because it is a Fast Euro Luxury Liner
with a turbo and heated leather seats etc…
It is also placed down with the bargains under $6000
because it was priced like a Hyundai or PT Cruiser.
Although it is a 2001 with 75,000 miles,
these Saabs typically drive 200,000 miles and feel tight, sporty and luxurious to the end.
This car was used for the last 6 years by an honest couple in Groton MA
who now need a minivan for their rare book collection.

One Owner Econobox for Miss Julie’s Son

2000 Ford Escort Sedan. 50,000 miles. $2,900. One owner.
She bought it new back in 2000, and only drove it to work for the last nine years.
This car had new brakes and tires.
Here is the sad part folks: My client passed on this car. This fish got away!
For all you bargain hunters out there
who can appreciate the value of a 50k mile car for only $3,000,
please accept my condolences. (Yes, I feel as if someone died).
My client bought her son a 10 year old Buick with 95k from her neighbor.
(Also for $3,000).
Buicks are great, but Dr. Ron doesn’t buy them with 95,000 miles.

Practical, Reliable, Hyundai Wagon.

1998 Hyundai Elantra Wagon 71,000 miles, $1,900.
One-owner, I bought it new in 1999 and I’ve kept it well-maintained ever since.
(All service records are available).
The interior is immaculate because I rarely had passengers. Non-smoker.
There is a little rust on the inside bottom of the front doors,
also my son backed into a parked car when it was only a few months old,
and I had to replace the rear lift gate (the latch is just a little sticky now).
The tires have very few miles on them and the car has a new battery.
I am selling the car because I’m moving out of the country in December.
I’m retiring to an island off the coast of Panama.
I didn’t think I would ever sell it because it’s been a great car; no problems.
I swore this car would outlive me!
