This car was bought new, it has no dents or dings and is in excellent shape.
The reason for selling was the owner bought a 2010 VW Passat Diesel

This is Nissan’s Race line of its bulletproof Sentra model.

The car spent most of its life around Atlanta and LA, so no salt, sand or snow. 
Harry drove the car 100 miles on the way  home, and said "This car is amazing. 
It must have been stored in a barn for the past 4 years.

2004 Subaru Forester X, AWD Automatic, Side air bags.   Another rare find – a Subaru that has spent most of its life parked.  This like new car was bought from the estate of an elderly woman in CT.  On the way home David and Dr. Ron stopped at a Subaru Dealer to inquire about a used low mileage Forester.  The dealer showed us a dirty 30,000 mile 2004 that was bought at auction from Hertz  Rental for the low “no haggle” price of $16,000.  Enough said.

25,000 miles, All-wheel drive, $10,500.

2001 Subaru Legacy Outback Wagon only 25,000 miles driven by one owner.
This was a hard to find stick shift in "like new" condition with almost new tires.

38,000 Senior Citizen miles bought from estate for $9,600

2002 Subaru Outback LTD AWD Wagon 38,000 miles.

When the executrix of the estate told Dr. Ron
that her father had kept the leather covered since new,

2002 SUBARU FORESTER-L AWD. 
This sought-after Forester “mini – SUV” body style was hard to find with only 62k on a 7 year old car.

The seller was a Yoga Teacher.
The Buyer a Therapist.

The Yoga Teacher delivered it to the family therapist in Great Barrington Mass. She drove him back to Long Island.  Apparently they hit it off, and she gave him her favorite book on couples’ relationships… Dr. Ron charges for car finding, but not for his dating service… You never know.

Dr. Ron’s bookkeeper has the same car and says, "My 95 Subaru has 150k and is still going strong."
 

45,000 miles, AWD, $6,300.

1998 SUBARU LEGACY L AWD STATION WAGON.
The car lived in the 80 year old gentlemen’s garage.
How do we know his age?  His DOB was printed on the CT title.
The point here is that this Subaru is fully depreciated, but has barely been used.  And 80 year olds drive gently.
Dr. Ron and his client (the buyer) Dr. Steve got under the car on their backs with a flashlight.  The underbody looked new….

2005 Toyota Sienna XLE LTD AWD with 59,000 miles. 

This is an amazing van that has been the top rated AWD minivan every year since 2004.  The interior is completely tight and silent, and it has every conceivable option.  The seller was a single mother in the Berkshires who bought it new in 2004 for $39,000 or $40,000, and supplied all the original paperwork and service records.   Ari (testimonial coming) bought it for $16,500. The math works as follows:  The first owner burned through $23,000 plus interest in four years  ($5750/YEAR plus interest).  If the second owner drives the van for four years, he will use up about half as much equity, or about  $2875/year plus interest.  (That’s about $250/month to own a $40,000 Toyota).

This Gramp was a WWII vet — ie an Octogenarian.

2001 FORD F350 XLT 4×4 TURBO DIESEL

100,000 miles, perfect condition, $11,750.

This fuel efficient truck gets 18 mpg - almost double a gas truck.
For the gear heads out there, know that this is the respected 7.3 L Power Stroke Diesel, not the new 6.0 L.  In the past year, the seller invested $8,000 in the truck.  ($4500 For high tech Minute Man II plow, and $3500 on new brakes, tires, alternator and complete heavy duty front end suspension job).  So the truck is ready to work on the buyer’s mile long farm driveway.  Way to go, Tim.

The seller Ray was a grandfather living on Cape Cod.  He used the truck occasionally for trips to the dump or to tow his 14 foot sailboat.  Here is the text from his original ad: “Truck has tow bar and bed liner in the 8 foot bed and is in excellent condition. Only averaged about 2200 miles per year for the three years that I have owned it. I am reluctantly selling to buy a second car because my wife doesn’t like to drive a truck. “   If the wife is making the decision, then Dr. Ron likes the car.

and made two trips to NYC.  (That is a 3,000 mile test drive done for Dr. Ron). 
She then realized that parking in the Big Apple costs $400 per month,
and so put it up for sale…  Another home run.

This car was priced below wholesale.
There is only one other car on this page that shares this noble distinction.
Even the attorney placing the online ad knew it was cheap, so she wrote:

Long Island and Brooklyn miles on it and is still running strong.

2002 PT CRUISER CLASSIC.  New tires and battery. 
Garaged in Connecticut by original owner since new. 
We bought this like new car from the meticulous retired owner

This Saab is the only car to appear in two separate positions on this page.
It is grouped with the Volvos and Audis because it is a Fast Euro Luxury Liner
