This one owner wagon has a Toyota Bumper to Bumper Warranty

It is in like new condition, but once Julia’s boys get into it - Watch out !!!

This car was built in April 2007 and sold in July 2007,
two months before the 08s came out.
(Its what they call a 2007 1/2 in the car business.) 
Dr. Ron calls it a 2007 5/6ths to be exact.
This is why the mileage is so low and the warranty is still alive.
Also, while other 07s were driving through slush in the harsh winter of 06/07,
this car did not yet exist.

The most fuel efficient AWD car on the road.

2006 AWD Toyota Matrix XR, 45,000 miles, $12,900

Carrie is a teacher and has a 100 mile round trip commute
on secondary roads in northern Massachussetts.
So she needed great gas mileage, all wheel drive, and super reliability. 
She also needed a car that could go 25,000 miles per year for many years to come,
but not at a new car price. 
This Toyota was the answer.

This car was bought new, it has no dents or dings and is in excellent shape.
The reason for selling was the owner bought a 2010 VW Passat Diesel
which gets 45 miles to the gallon.
The Matrix gets around 30 miles to the gallon.
Every thing is in good condition, just had new front brakes installed and the oil changed.
The car came from cow country in upstate New York. 
When Monica and Dr. Ron went to pick up the car
they figured it had never seen a traffic jam in its life. 
The only businesses along the road were ATV dealers.

Pontiac Vibe built in a Toyota factory - $9,300

This is not a six speed 185 Horsepower beast like the Matrix above. 
But just like a base Matrix, it has a Toyota Corolla engine,
transmission, and all other mechanicals. 
It’s not your uncle’s Pontiac. 
Dr. Ron knows how to buy Toyotas at Pontiac prices….
Other good bets are Chevy Prizms and Chrysler cars with Mitsubishi power trains. 
Iona should be happy.

David the seller was a non-smoking High School science teacher in Long Island, NY. 
He delivered the car to Yotam upstate.

This car was a bargain. 
It spent its first five years in Suffolk County where there is little road salt.
It did have a dent and a cracked tail light,
but Yotam plans to load it with firewood,
and drive the dirt roads of Columbia County NY.

All-in-all this is just what the buyer wanted: 
Best fuel economy of any AWD vehicle, Toyota quality, and a bargain.

2004 Subaru Forester X, AWD Automatic, Side air bags.   Another rare find – a Subaru that has spent most of its life parked.  This like new car was bought from the estate of an elderly woman in CT.  On the way home David and Dr. Ron stopped at a Subaru Dealer to inquire about a used low mileage Forester.  The dealer showed us a dirty 30,000 mile 2004 that was bought at auction from Hertz  Rental for the low “no haggle” price of $16,000.  Enough said.

25,000 miles, All-wheel drive, $10,500.

2001 Subaru Legacy Outback Wagon only 25,000 miles driven by one owner.
This was a hard to find stick shift in "like new" condition with almost new tires.

38,000 Senior Citizen miles bought from estate for $9,600

This sought-after Forester “mini – SUV” body style was hard to find with only 62k on a 7 year old car.

The seller was a Yoga Teacher.
The Buyer a Therapist.

The Yoga Teacher delivered it to the family therapist in Great Barrington Mass. She drove him back to Long Island.  Apparently they hit it off, and she gave him her favorite book on couples’ relationships… Dr. Ron charges for car finding, but not for his dating service… You never know.

Dr. Ron’s bookkeeper has the same car and says, "My 95 Subaru has 150k and is still going strong."

1998 SUBARU LEGACY L AWD STATION WAGON.
The car lived in the 80 year old gentlemen’s garage.
How do we know his age?  His DOB was printed on the CT title.
The point here is that this Subaru is fully depreciated, but has barely been used.  And 80 year olds drive gently.

One-owner, I bought it new in 1999 and I’ve kept it well-maintained ever since.

The interior is immaculate because I rarely had passengers. Non-smoker.
There is a little rust on the inside bottom of the front doors,
also my son backed into a parked car when it was only a few months old,
and I had to replace the rear lift gate (the latch is just a little sticky now).
The tires have very few miles on them and the car has a new battery.
I am selling the car because I’m moving out of the country in December.
I’m retiring to an island off the coast of Panama.
I didn’t think I would ever sell it because it’s been a great car; no problems.
